At DashSabers, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Items must be in the same condition as received
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
Depending on the issue, this may include:

- A refund
DashSabers will cover reasonable return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
For change-of-mind exchanges, please return the item and place a new order.
